Journey to the best health of my life (yes, the journey includes olives)

Happy childhood memories

Today I just feel like dancing! I remember being a child – full of innocence and not a care in the world. One of my happiest memories: dancing around the TV room. My parents would put on a LP and we would all just dance. I’d twirl around until I got dizzy, my younger brother would pull out his Michael Jackson moves, and my parents – well, they would just be dancing and laughing.

My favorite song back then? Culture Club – Karma Chameleon.  If social media was around back then there would be a (very cute!) video of me singing and dancing along to this.

Enjoy… I’m off to dance in my empty office! (here’s hoping no one is watching me on camera!!)

I’m a 30-something female who’s striving to be the healthiest woman I can be through diet and exercise. In early 2013 I was introduced to the world of Paleo. I completed Whole30 and had fantastic results. I had finally found something that worked for me! My blog is a jumble of my thoughts as I take the journey through my life. Somewhere for me to unleash my views, my challenges, my failures and my successes (hopefully!).
