I completed day 1! It was good. Hard. But good. The challenge was everything I expected: it didn’t look too bad on paper, but once I got going I was breathing hard and fast. I’m allowed to take up to 2 minutes break between sets. I took 30 to 50 seconds for the first half of the sets, and 60 to 75 seconds for the last half. My legs definitely felt it, and it got me sweating.
I’ll do a more detailed report in the next few days, but I wanted to check in and let you all know I DID IT! 1 down, only 29 to go! Happy dance time 🙂
